While it is true that there are countless sources for news items regarding things that are happening locally, nationally, or globally, we are sure you would agree that for the most part, the information provided in those news items are probably filtered – they could not, in other words, be thought of as being completely objective. Which is fair enough because nothing expressed could be truly objective anyway. The only way that current events of any sort could be properly be made objective is to gather as many educated points of view on the matter as possible; one person may not be able to tell the whole story fairly, but after a bit of debate, a group may be able to arrive at a kernel of truth (at the very least).
Here in NewsFilter.Com.Mx, you are allowed to post and discuss news items that you think are relevant not only to you but also to society in general. In fact, you can even discuss how the particular news item in question was handled – did they say too much or too little? Are they being too intrusive? And our favorite – why wasn't there an article about THIS EVENT at all? The journalists and media persons who claim to be authoritative in matters such as this will be put under your microscope, and who knows? Maybe the way the politics of news will change for the better.
