National News Items

This section is where you will post and discuss news items that are pretty much focused on national issues, especially issues that pertain to national politics, federal governments, and national issues that you think are making or breaking your mother nation. National news items, obviously, involve any national political event that may or may not be affecting your country's ability to progress.

If you think that attempts to overthrow a national politician is only making things worse for your countrymen, comment here. If you think that there isn't enough commentary over how your president or national leader is screwing up over certain issues that affect your nation, then by all means sound off about it. If you think your national leader hasn't delivered on his or her promises upon being elected, then comment on whether or not the media has picked up on it. In fact, if you feel like your national news media is being controlled by your government, we encourage you to post your feelings on the matter here.

You are also allowed to critique the handling of the national news and information, especially when involving issues of transparency and taxation. Are enough people talking? Or is silence simply golden?
